Mandi Campbell
Director of the Institute for Faculty ExcellenceMandi Campbell is the director of the Institute for Faculty Excellence (IFE). She worked as an instructional designer for nearly four years before becoming a director. Prior to working in faculty development, she taught English composition and literature courses at the college-level. Her work in the IFE at the University of West Georgia enables her to support faculty as they design and explore new instructional practices and strategies. Of particular interest to her is promoting inclusive pedagogies and transparent practices that build community and deepen learning for all students. She aims to connect faculty from across campus so that they can further learn from each other.
