Academic Program Assessment
The degree granting program faculty members at UWG are responsible for the development of all learning outcomes that reflect the unique character of their disciplines. Each program must also have the following:
- Assessment Plan that contains:
- Clearly stated student learning outcomes and their relation to the UWG strategic plan.
- A description of the intended measurements to be used in the assessment of each outcome providing specific information as to the who, what, when, and how each outcome will be assessed.
- Curriculum & Assessment Map
All academic programs, as defined by the University System of Georgia Degrees and Majors Authorized (DMA), are responsible for the assessment of program level student learning.
