Honors in Ireland

This May (5/26-6/10), the Honors College will be hosting an exciting and educational trip to Ireland! The program is a two-week experiential learning opportunity for Honors College students to explore issues of gender and sexuality and also the relationship between place and identity through a comparative cultural lens. The program will incorporate on-site and post-program reflections and projects to enhance what students have read and discussed in their Maymester courses pre-departure. The program is based in Waterford with many excursions and day trips to surrounding villages, parks, and sites including Dublin. This year will include a few days in London!
