| Jul 23 | Registration goes down at midnight July 23rd for internal processing. No adjustments can be made to registration during this period. Registration reopens at 8:00 am on July 28th. |
| Aug 1 | Last day to apply for Fall Semester graduation |
| Aug 9 | Fall (non-eCore) classes begin |
| Aug 9-15 | Open Drop and Add period |
| Aug 10 | Waitlisting closed to new additions. Students on the waitlist will still receive notifications as seats become available and be able to register for those seats. |
| Aug 15 | Open Drop and Add period (non-eCore) ends at 11:59 pm |
| Aug 16 | Withdrawal "W" period begins for Full Term (non-eCore) 16 week courses. Students who withdraw from a Full Term (non-eCore) class between August 16th and October 2nd will receive a grade of W. Reminder there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course. |
| Aug 16 | Scheduled Fee Payment Deadline (UWG Full Term, UWG Session I, and WebMBA). Please see the Office of Student Accounts and Billing Services website for additional information. |
| Aug 16 | Last day to apply for Tuition Differential Waivers for Fall 2023. The waivers application and all supporting documents must be received in the Registrar's Office by 5:00 pm. |
| Aug 18-23 | FACULTY ONLY - Roster Verification; opens at noon on Aug 18th |
| Aug 21 | Scheduled Fee Payment Deadline (eCore Full Session, eCore Session I, eMajor Full Session, eMajor Session I, Georgia Film Academy, and European Union). Please see the Office of Student Accounts and Billing Services website for additional information. |

| Oct 1 | Last day to apply for Spring Graduation |
| Oct 2 | Last day to withdraw with a grade of W from Full Term (non-eCore) 16 week courses. Students who withdraw from a Full Term (non-eCore) class between August 16th and October 2nd will receive a grade of W. Reminder there is no refund associated with withdrawing from a course. |
