Marion Franklin Cannon, MSIT

Marion is a dedicated educator with a passion for empowering students through technology and career development. Her diverse background includes experience as a Computer Information Systems and Computer Applications Adjunct Instructor at West Georgia Technical College, an Introduction to Computers Adjunct Instructor at Chattahoochee Technical College, and a Career and Technical Education Teacher at the Atlanta College and Career Academy with Atlanta Public Schools. This breadth of experience, coupled with her certification as a career development professional, allows her to make a significant impact on students at multiple levels.

Marion holds an AAS in Office Administration and a BAS in Administrative Management from Clayton State University, an AAS in Computer Information Systems Networking Specialist from Chattahoochee Technical College, and an MS in Information Technology from Kennesaw State University. She is also a Certified Professional Educator through the Georgia Professional Standards Commission.

In her free time, Marion enjoys expressing her creativity through crafts using a variety of materials like vinyl, paper, beads, fabric, and yarn. She also extends her passion for student development by maintaining a career services blog, offering advice and resources to help others navigate their professional journeys.
