Sarah Gross
Assistant Director, Center for Integrative WellnessSarah joined the University of West Georgia as a full-time staff member in July of 2020 after completing her Bachelor of Science in Health and Community Wellness. From July of 2020 until June of 2024, she worked as the full-time Girls Empowering Movement (GEM) Project Manager through the Department of Sport Management, Wellness, and Physcial Education. In July of 2024, Sarah transitioned into her current role as the Assistant Director of the Center for Integrative Wellness. As Assistant Director, Sarah collaborates with campus and community partners to implement comprehensive, holistic wellness program initiatives. Sarah is also a Certified Wellness Professional (CWP) through the National Wellness Institute, an ACE Certified Health Coach, Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and Certified Diabetes Prevention Plan Lifestyle Coach. In May of 2024, she also graduated with her Master's in Integrative Health and Wellness from UWG.
