Colton Campbell '20
Assistant Vice President for University Communications and MarketingBorn and raised in Carrollton, Ga., Colton Campbell has always been a writer. After graduating with a degree in journalism from Auburn University in 2011, he served for more than five years in print journalism before starting a career in higher education communications. In his current role at the University of West Georgia as Assistant Vice President for University Communications and Marketing, Colton supervises the functions of our institutional communications, social media presence, creative services, and web services. As a professional communicator, Colton strives to ensure that university stakeholders have the information they need when they need it. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, playing board games with his wife, and taking care of their daughters and two dogs.
