Dr. Larry O. Rivers is the author of James Hudson: Forgotten Forerunner in the Crusade for Civil Rights, published by the University Press of Florida in 2024. His professional writings have also appeared in The Florida Historical Quarterly and The Journal of African American History. Additionally, Dr. Rivers has contributed chapters to books published by the University of Georgia Press and the University Press of Florida.
