Access your UWG Email on your desktop or laptop.

ITS strongly recommends using the Web option to access Outlook to access your UWG Student email. These are the advantages to using the Web version.

• There are no storage limitations.
• It offers a consistent experience across different devices and operating systems.
• It has access to a wider range of features and functionalities that are not available in the desktop app.
• It is easily accessible from any device with an internet connection.

However, if you choose to use the desktop app, see the following steps.

1. As a UWG currently enrolled full-time student, you have access to the Microsoft 365 Suite of products. You may already have this installed on your desktop or laptop. Look for the Outlook app on your computer. 
2. If you do not see these apps, you can utilize TechWest for assistance in downloading Microsoft, and also helping you log in to your UWG Student email account through Outlook.
3. If you already have Microsoft 365, go to the Outlook app. When asked to login, enter your UWG user name to begin.
4. You will also be prompted to authenticate through OneLogin. 
5. Once signed in, you can access your email, calendar, and contacts associated with your UWG account via the Outlook app. For more help on Outlook, click on the following link, Get to Know Outlook on the Web.
