Remote Desktop Support
ITS is dedicated to providing service to our faculty, staff, and students. At times it may be necessary for a technician to connect to your device from a remote location to assist in resolving technical issues. You will need to install RCViewer on your device so that we can better assess the issue. Currently, remote PC support is available and we anticipate offering remote MAC support in the future.
