Ethan is a first-generation college student who took advantage of the myriad of ways to get involved at UWG. He became president of the Student Government Association, studied abroad in Paris, then landed a job as a Strategy Consultant for Monitor Deloitte, a multinational firm that allows him to work from Paris, France.

Perry prepared himself for the future by building a foundation at UWG. He used collaborative and interactive undergraduate research opportunities to enhance his education, and it paid off: he’s now a medical student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Katahj says, “at UWG, you get so many opportunities to shine.” He is shining brightly, and you can too. As a member of the UWG Saxophone Ensemble, he is evolving into a better musician, composer, and conductor — and leaving a proud, inspirational legacy for all those who follow in his footsteps.

Taylor has seen and done it all, but it started at UWG. She studied abroad in Barcelona and Dublin, graduated with two degrees, and scored a job as the Director of Technology with an Atlanta-based company, but that didn’t slow her down — to date she’s worked remotely in twelve different countries…and counting.
