The Campus Center offers a variety of access types to our facility and services. Rates and descriptions of each type are listed below. Our administration desk staff are happy to help answer any questions or assist individuals in attaining access.

Daily Guest Passes

Details:

• Benefited faculty and staff and registered students at the University of West Georgia may sponsor and
  purchase up to three (3) guest passes per day for any person ages 14 and up.
• Minor Guests must have a waiver signed by a legal guardian or parent.
• Costs for each guest pass is $5/day. Passes are good for all University Recreation spaces for the date
  of purchase.
• Guests are allowed to use facilities multiple times on the date of purchase as long as the sponsor
  accompanies the guest.

Guidelines for Guest Passes:

• Guest(s) 18 years and over must present a valid, government issued photo ID when purchasing a
  sponsored guest pass.
• Guest passes are good for the day of purchase only. They may come and go throughout the day,
  however, the original sponsor must be present at all times.
• The sponsor is responsible for the conduct of their guest(s) and must remain in the facility with their
  guests at all times.
• The sponsor must remain in the same activity space as any guest(s) ages 14-16 years.
• Guest passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
• Solicitation for sponsors is prohibited.
• Failure to follow guest pass policies could result in termination of the sponsor membership privileges.

Process:

• Guest passes may be purchased at the Campus Center Welcome Desk or the University Recreation
  offices, Lower Level 123
• Sponsor must present valid UWG ID at time of purchase.
• Guest(s) must sign a waiver at the time of purchase. Minor guest(s), under the age of 18, must have a
  waiver signed by a legal guardian or parent.

Access Type Descriptions

Enrolled Students

Currently enrolled UWG (Carrollton and Newnan locations) students who have paid the Campus Center fee

Summer Student Stop-Out

Students who are not enrolled in the current summer semester but were enrolled and paid fees in the spring semester and intend to enroll in the fall semester

Benefited Faculty and Staff

Full-time, benefited UWG faculty and staff

Faculty and Staff Dependent

Dependents of full-time benefited faculty and staff include spouses and children. Must be 18 years or older to utilize the Campus Center. Visit Human Resources in Aycock Hall for verification.

Retirees

Retirees faculty and staff enrolled in the Association of Retired Faculty and Staff (ARFS) can come to the Campus Center admin desk during business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) with their retiree ID to activate their retiree membership at no cost.

Guest passes are not offered in the Campus Center.
