UWG Alumni Weekend 2025 | April 25 - 27, 2025
Alumni Weekend is an exciting opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. The 2025 Brave Like a Wolf Alumni Weekend will include a variety of signature events, with a mix of fun traditions and new activities. Join us on campus to reminisce and add to your West Georgia memories! We can't wait to see you there!
2025 Signature Events:
Student & Alumni Networking Social: Friday, April 25, 5:00-6:30PM | Local Ties Brewing Company
Alumni, friends, and current students are invited to kick off Alumni Weekend 2025 with a networking social designed to bring alumni and current students together. This is a great opportunity for alumni to network with each other and with current UWG students who are just learning how to build their professional networks. The first 100 students at Alumni Weekend events will get a free Alumni Weekend t-shirt! Shirts will be available for $10 for alumni & friends.

UWG Alumni & Friends Take Over the Square: Friday, April 25, 7:00PM | The AMP in Downtown Carrollton.
Turn the Square red and blue as we partner with the City of Carrollton for a journey through the decades, with a concert featuring live music from Saved By the Band!

UWG Alumni Association Lunch under "The Big White Tent" at University Stadium: Saturday, April 26, 12:00 - 1:30PM | Under "the Big White Tent" on Wolf Walk at University Stadium
Join us for a VIP tailgate experience, including updates from university leadership, photos with Wolfie, and a tailgate-style lunch.
REGISTRATION: $15 adults (ages 10+); free for ages 0-9
UWG Alumni & Friends Reunions: Saturday, April 26, 12:00-3:00PM | Wolf Walk at University Stadium
Catch up with old friends as groups from all areas of West Georgia come together for a tailgate-style reunion. Groups will have tents all along Wolf Walk representing their part of UWG, from academic colleges to athletics to groups from each decade. There is a reunion for everyone! Activities for kids and UWG fans of all ages will be available. If your group would like to host a reunion tent, please submit this form by March 31.

Brave Like a Wolf Celebration Dinner and Alumni Awards: Saturday, April 26, 6:30PM | Campus Center Ballroom.
All alumni & friends are invited to join us for dinner, drinks, and entertainment as we transform the Campus Center Ballroom into the "UWG Jazz and Music Lounge," featuring performances by UWG student ensembles, and celebrate the 48th Annual Alumni Awards recipients. Dress is business formal/cocktail.
REGISTRATION: $30 per person (complimentary registration available for all 2025 Alumni Award recipients and one guest).
Alumni Weekend Aloha Brunch: Sunday, April 27, 10:00AM | Top of Love Valley/Grassy Triangle.
Before you head home, join us for an “Aloha Brunch” as we say hello to new friends and goodbye to Alumni Weekend 2025. Enjoy brunch and mimosas “Under the Big White Tent” in the heart of campus across from Ingram Library Starbucks. We’ll be joined by special UWG leadership guests.
