REPP Programs
Transfer Information for REPP Engineering Schools
It is important that students work with a UWG advisor to plan out a program for their anticipated engineering institution and major.
The information below will help you to find transfer requirements and provide useful links for the different institutions. Transfer requirements could change, so it is important for you to routinely check the engineering institutions webpage.
Georgia Institute of Technology Requirements
- Students must meet REPP institution and Georgia Tech admission requirements. Georgia Tech admissions requirements must be met at the time they submit their transfer application to Georgia Tech. Please consult with GA Tech Admissions Requirements as these are subject to change (link below).
- Students must complete 30 credit hours at an REPP partnering institution prior to transferring to Georgia Tech.
- For Dual-Enrolled students-These 30 hours must include courses that are part of the GT course requirements for transfer and must be completed post high school
- No more than one math or lab science course requirement may be in progress at the document deadline (spring and summer term applicants only).
- Students not enrolled within their REPP institution for more than two consecutive semesters must re-enroll for a minimum of one semester prior to their REPP application to Georgia
- Georgia Tech does not accept all online courses. See the Georgia Tech transfer credit policy for information about online courses (link below).
Details about the admission requirements for specific majors can be found on the Georgia Tech College of Engineering website.
The following chart on Ga Tech's website lists Georgia Tech course requirements for students transferring via the REPP. Check with your advisor for equivalent courses from your university.
