Rising Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Media
The Women Empowering Women Luncheon is a celebration of the resilience, achievements, and contributions of women across industries. It provides a platform for storytelling, inspiration, and community-building, aligning with Women’s History Month to foster a more inclusive and empowered future. This year, in partnership with the School of Communication, Film, and Media, the luncheon highlights Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Media.

We are honored to feature Sonji Jacobs as our keynote speaker. A leader in communications and entrepreneurship, Sonji is a managing partner at INCISIVE, a strategic communications agency. With over 30 years of experience, she has held executive roles, including Vice President at Cox Enterprises and Director of Communications for the City of Atlanta.
Sonji has shaped narratives for businesses, government, and nonprofits, earning accolades such as Atlanta Business Chronicle and Georgia Trend 40 Under 40. She is also dedicated to mentoring future leaders.
At the luncheon, Sonji will share insights on media innovation, leadership, and breaking barriers in entrepreneurship.
