Rhyne Owenby is the Senior Vice President of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce, where she has made significant contributions to the community through her leadership. She also serves on the Board of the Rotary Club of Carrollton and is actively involved in numerous local non-profit organizations. Rhyne and her husband Richard have two sons and two daughters-in-law and are proud grandparents to two little girls. The Owenbys are active members of Carrollton First Methodist Church, where they continue to serve and engage in the community.
