Connecting business students with Industry leaders

Thank you for your interest in becoming an industry mentor for students in the C-Suite Mentorship Program at the Richards College of Business. Our aim is to link talented business students with successful industry leaders for a year of mentoring, networking, and skill development. As a mentor, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in a minimum of 3 one-on-one meetings with your mentee throughout the academic year, either virtually or in person. We suggest at least one in-person meeting at your workplace.
  • Keeping in touch with the Richards College C-Suite Coordinator as needed during the mentorship to enhance the experience for both mentor and mentee.
  • Filling out a mentor feedback survey at the end of the program to help improve future program iterations.
  • Attending the kickoff Mentor/Mentee event on October 9, 2024, if your schedule allows.

To assist us in matching you with a student mentee, kindly respond to the survey by Monday, September 23, 2024. This will help us finalize mentor-mentee pairings before the program launches in October.
