Mission: The Office of the Registrar supports the educational mission of the University of West Georgia by providing quality, timely, and courteous service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public.

Tasks & Goals: These services include maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and security of student academic records, upholding academic policies and guidelines of the Institution and the University System of Georgia, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, facilitating registration processes, evaluating transfer credit, verifying the completion of degree requirements for graduation, and certifying military educational benefits.
